I test drove the car with Justin a few months ago, and wound up leasing with Ron Landstrom. Justin was very thorough in his explanation of the car and all of its features and did not push me to make any decisions. When I went back I was connected with Ron who was also amazing! He listened to all my concerns and really seemed to care about me as a customer. He & Lindsay, the sales manager, worked very hard to help me get out of my old infiniti lease and into a Volvo at a price I was comfortable with. Finally, Pat made the financing process quick and painless, and did not try to upsell me as hard as previous dealerships have which was appreciated. I will definitely be getting future Volvos from Prestige and will highly recommend them to all friends and family! More

Everything from fully explaining the key differences to plenty of time in the drivers seat for both my wife and I. We both highly recommend Ron and prestige Volvo if you are considering a new or certified pre-owned vehicle. Pat from finance was straight forward and honest with a no pressure approach. The whole process was so smooth and efficient it was unlike any other car buying experience I’ve had to date. Once everything was signed Jeff went over everything in the car again in detail to make sure we understood many options in the infotainment system.
