I have been waiting since 10/31/2025 for some direction on how to rectify an issue with a vehicle I leased from North Hollywood Toyota. The car came to me new with non-factory wheel locks that nobody was able to remove for my first standard service with North Hollywood Toyota. In their search to find a key for the locks, they took everything out of my glove/ center console. When I picked up my car, the contents were left all over my passenger seat. It is now 11/17/25 and I AM still waiting for instruction on what to do. I have followed up multiple times. More
