I went in to replace my leased vehicle and was talked into a cheaper, smaller vehicle. I was very leery to do this, and when I said I would just keep my lease, I was told that I would leave with a new into a cheaper, smaller vehicle. I was very leery to do this, and when I said I would just keep my lease, I was told that I would leave with a new car. I have been a very loyal customer of Toyota for over 20 years. I have never missed a lease payment and have always returned my cars way under the allotted miles and very clean. I would hope that customer loyalty would mean something and help the numbers work in my favor. Instead, I allowed myself to be talked into a smaller, cheaper car that doesn't meet my needs with my 96 pound goldendoodle. I am struggling to figure out how to make it work, but shame on me for not sticking to what I knew I needed. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice . . . wait, that won't happen as after this lease is up, I won't be back. More

Went to the dealership to look at a vehicle on Saturday afternoon and drove it home that afternoon. The buying process was uneventful. My phone wouldn’t attach to CarPlay so I wasn’t shown how to use the media system. Deliveries of other vehicles we bought at this dealership have been much better. More
