Felt what I was told didn't happen when it came to financing everything when I got there changed. I was told the entire time I should expect an interest rate of 5% to later sit down and find out it wa financing everything when I got there changed. I was told the entire time I should expect an interest rate of 5% to later sit down and find out it was 5.8% additionally I was told you get a grace period of 14 days with insurance but finance said that's only true if you trade something in. I felt I was nickel and dimed on the way out. I have purchased 2 brand new cars in the past 4 years and likely will do it different next time More

Everything was excellent except the dealership only uses Experion for credit checks. I unfroze Equifax, but it took 3 hours to unfreeze experion and was a very frustrating experience.
