I have purchased two cars from the dealership. Under the previous owner. Service is usually fantastic. However, this visit was less than stellar. When Auto checked me in, it was made clear they we Under the previous owner. Service is usually fantastic. However, this visit was less than stellar. When Auto checked me in, it was made clear they were too busy to do anything other than an oil change, and I would need to make an appointment for the following week to have any other concerns addressed. Normally an iPad is used when connected to my car to let me know what service schedule might be due or upcoming. This was not the case on this visit. I did appreciate the video which showed the tech reviewing my car. He addressed a few items in the video I might want to consider having done such as replacing a filter or changing some of the fluids. It was not offered to me to have this done on this visit. When I checked out, I received multiple pages listing what was recommended and it was noted I had declined all of the services. I did not decline them. I was not offered to have them done. This visit has me for the first time questioning if I should continue the service on my vehicle at a local mechanic instead of coming back to the dealer, which I have in the past been very happy with. With my car at 80,000 miles, and knowing I will most likely be looking to buy a new vehicle this is also disheartening. More

They are under new ownership so we were hesitant, but we were ablennto book an appointment online for the next day. Again, we were hesitant because that never happens. Well, we were in and out and on our way very quickly. It was a great experience. The only thing I would say is that when I take my Mother's car to Honda for any kind of maintenance (even if I just need them to put air in the tires) they wash and vaccuum the car. This is one of those little things that I know people really appreciate. I LOVED the video they sent me! More
