Everyone was great to work with. Omar was the sales agent that took us on our test drive. He helped us understand the benefits of the car without pressuring us. We got off to a bad start since Oscar did not show up to the appointment that we had scheduled. The vehicle was also not on the premise as he had said it would be. Quite frankly, Ahmed is the one who made t the appointment that we had scheduled. The vehicle was also not on the premise as he had said it would be. Quite frankly, Ahmed is the one who made this transaction. The waiting time to get the paperwork signed was a bit excessive, not sure if you were understaffed or if there were any other reasons. I dont' know who Richard Andersen is, but maybe that's a good thing. Ryan was kind and pretty funny. He made the finances part as painless as could be. He was prepared and it went quickly.
