This is the fourth Toyota Prius I have bought from Burnsville Toyota. The last three I have bought from Joel Terrio. Joel is so wonderful to work with and I purchased my last Prius XLE on December 3 Burnsville Toyota. The last three I have bought from Joel Terrio. Joel is so wonderful to work with and I purchased my last Prius XLE on December 30,2024. Joel is very good at explaining everything clearly. I trust Joel to be upfront and honest with me and he has not disappointed! The financing through Toyota was very easy and I drove my new car home that day! Tyler was helpful in putting on my license plate and attempted to resolve my application error. Unfortunately, he was unable to resolve issue. A simple tire rotation for 15000 Mike service took 1. 5 hours. My service notes had note that I said I had a tire losing air. I did not say that. I was told I had a nail in tire and I paid for repair. I n 5 hours. My service notes had note that I said I had a tire losing air. I did not say that. Although I had an appointment for service, because they were very busy, it took an hour and a half for a tire rotation/check up. Next time I will drop the car off so I don't have to wait there.
