I contacted them about a car I saw online that had no pictures and within an hour some one took pictures on their phone and sent them to me. I came from an hour away and they did everything they could to make it easier on me. Would 100% recommend this dealer and Olivia. I recently financed a 2023 4Runner through Toyota Suburban in Farmington, and unfortunately, my experience was not as positive as I had hoped. Initially, everything seemed to be going well; I receive Suburban in Farmington, and unfortunately, my experience was not as positive as I had hoped. Initially, everything seemed to be going well; I received a used vehicle with 26,000 plus miles on it, and while there was a small crack in the windshield and a missing key fob, I was told these issues would be addressed. I worked with salesperson Olivia Wheelock, who then passed me off to a finance team member, Givon Cinque. I made it clear to Givon that I did not want to purchase any service plan. Despite this, I ended up with a component replacement plan costing $11,500. This total price was never clearly explained to me; I was only shown the monthly payment amount. While I take responsibility for not asking for all the figures upfront, I was disappointed to discover this after reviewing the paperwork a week later. When I realized what had happened and decided to cancel the service plan, I tried to reach Givon multiple times but received no response to my calls or voicemails. I then visited the dealership in person, where I spoke with Sales Manager Abdul Levy. Despite being there in person, I was told that Givon was unavailable and that I would need to come back to resolve the issue with him. My fiancé also contacted Olivia Wheelock, who reiterated that we needed to deal with Givon directly. This was incredibly frustrating and seemed like a deliberate attempt to avoid addressing my concerns. After not getting any help from the dealership, I called the Toyota Service Agreement Line and learned that I could cancel the service agreement directly through their website, without needing to go through the dealership. This was contrary to what I had been repeatedly told by the staff at Toyota Suburban. While I understand that purchasing a service agreement without fully understanding the details is partly my fault, I am writing this review because of the lack of honesty and professionalism I encountered. Both Olivia Wheelock and Abdul Levy misled me, and Givon Cinque's failure to return my calls felt intentional. These individuals, in my opinion, do not exhibit the character or integrity one would hope for when working with someone to make such a significant purchase. Additionally, I never received the second key fob I was promised, nor was the crack in the windshield repaired as agreed. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to Toyota Suburban or any other Lithia Motors dealership in the future. I would advise others to be cautious and ensure all details are thoroughly reviewed before finalizing any purchase at this dealership. **If you encountered the same situation and are having trouble removing the service agreement you can visit the Toyota Service Agreement Cancellation site which is tmisvpp.com, once at the cancellation page you will need your vin information and the address info for the lien holder which if you worked with Toyota is P.O. Used cars are not inspected. I expect from a highly rated dealer that everything about the car is disclosed. Drove 3 hours home to find out rear break lights and rear left light I expect from a highly rated dealer that everything about the car is disclosed.
