My service manager behaved as if he was in experienced. He didn't review the ticket until I asked questions. He piled on services and blamed them on the technician. He probably won't be there long. Not sure if it was because of NYE but the service was slow for battery replace under warranty. Service rep didn’t once provide an update without being prompted. The facility was beautiful. Did a below av slow for battery replace under warranty. Service rep didn’t once provide an update without being prompted. The facility was beautiful. Did a below average job walking me through turning off battery power. Simply pointed to a box behind driver seat and said it’s in there. Expected more from a Jeep dealership. Facility in La Crosse WI is above my expectations. Not sure if my expectations were too high for Cape Coral FL More

The service department is great, the sales and GM team is horrible. I purchased a new 2024 grand Wagoneer, series III on Friday. Within an hour of driving it off the lot, the car broke down. They gave me a l horrible. I purchased a new 2024 grand Wagoneer, series III on Friday. Within an hour of driving it off the lot, the car broke down. They gave me a loaner and went to fix the car. All weekend they had it and no one contacted me, I had to continually text the sales rep about the car. I asked for a manager or GM to call me. They said they would and no one ever did. I contacted again on Monday, they said someone would be in touch and the car would be ready. Finally, in the afternoon Obi from service contacted me (he’s great!) and talked about what was going on. The car had another issue on Tuesday, I had to take it back into the dealership. Still no contact from a GM or manager even asking how to help or apologizing for the inconvenience. You buy a $120k car and except it to work at the very least and further if it doesn’t someone to at least reach out to help. Once they got our money from the sale, we were dead to them. Never buying from this dealership again, unless they revolutionize their customer service. More

I have had poor communication with my service representative. Does not call back I had to stop in to get an answer for my service. Then I asked sales for a price for buying my jeep out right and representative. Does not call back I had to stop in to get an answer for my service. Horrible customer service! They had my car for 12 weeks and after 18k in repairs paid out by insurance, it still was not right. They never kept me informed on the progress and nobody ever answers the phone in the service dept. My car is currently in another Dodge dealer getting the work done that Cape Coral neglected to do! They even forgot to reconnect some of my safety sensors within the car. These guys are not certified mechanics! Certified mechanics just don't neglect that stuff nor should they forget to reconnect the safety features!! Just plain lazy horrible work and terrible customer care and service!! More

Truck was towed. No one knew where it was on lot. Took 3 days to find it even though your service employee took truck from the tow company owner Took over one month No one knew where it was on lot. Took 3 days to find it even though your service employee took truck from the tow company owner Took over one month to get the engine etc. very hard to get anyone to call me back to let me know status of my truck. I lost many lawn accounts due to the lack of attention in getting truck done. Then when engine is installed they tell me oh, there’s more we didn’t know about. Paid over two thousand dollars more. After you guys had my truck from 11/8. Very disappointed and frustrated More
