I came in with a problem with my missing key to my wheel locks and they took care of me quickly and at no cost to me. The car was brand new and when my wife ran over a nail and had to buy a new tire. Low locks and they took care of me quickly and at no cost to me. The car was brand new and when my wife ran over a nail and had to buy a new tire. Low and behold the key to the lock nut was missing ....no problem Hyundai took care of it. More

We had our previous Tucson hybrid serviced at Earnhardt and worked with Norm so when we were ready to check for another vehicle we visited Earnhardt. We visited twice without anyone making contact with us and worked with Norm so when we were ready to check for another vehicle we visited Earnhardt. A/c went out- an emergency in AZ in the summer. Norm got me in promptly for a/c repair combined with regular service. All seems to be working well now. Excellent, responsive service.
