Great customer service We (my husband and I) initially got our certificate with True Car and was assigned to Tristan. When we came in we asked for Tristan and waited for about 10 minutes before asking for him again. That's when they sent Drew over instead. Drew has a good sense of humor, if you like that you will like him. We already knew which car we wanted, so we just needed to test drive it and make sure we worked out the numbers for the trade and new car payment. As everyone knows you won't get what you want for a car when you trade it in, but it makes it hassle free. It was about what we expected. We worked out a fair deal and Drew was very patient with us. After that, we worked with Ian for the financing portion. He also has a sense of humor. Again, you have to like that sort of thing, which worked for us. We felt Drew and Ian were very professional and took care of all of our questions and concerns. The only downfall was that the Navigation system wasn't working, so I had to bring my car back in on Monday. I was told to speak with Norm, since Drew wasn't there. Norm tried to get me a rental car, since they weren't sure how long it would take. They ended up loaning me one of their cars, since a rental wasn't available. They were very accommodating. It only took them two hours to figure out the issue, which was very minor. The manager made sure he took care of me and when I saw Ian he greeted me like I was a friend. Drew called me to follow up on everything when he returned the next day. He offered to show me the navigation system. I appreciated it, but said we would manage. It was great customer service and I will return if I should get another Hyundai in a few years. More
