I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. The communication over the phone was unprofessional, and several staff members demonstrated poor customer service and soft skills. I originally went in to get a quote for the taillight on the driver’s side, specifically the part located on the trunk where water was leaking inside. The employee who checked me in told me to go to the Parts Department to order the part, and said they would call me when it arrived. I spoke with them before leaving. However, that weekend I received a notification stating that I had missed my appointment, but the gentleman who told to me to speak to Parts told me I didn't need to stay and never checked me into my appointment even though I just needed a quote and to order the part. The following Tuesday, I spoke with the Parts Department, and they confirmed that the part was in. I scheduled an appointment for Saturday and asked for a labor estimate. They said I needed to speak with the Service team to get that information and attempted to transfer me, but the call was disconnected. I called the Service Appointment Department and explained that I needed a labor quote. I was told again to speak with Parts, which was confusing. I was then transferred to Roman, who said he couldn't help. So i called the Service Appointment team again, I spoke with Audria. Who sounded like she was annoyed I called. From the start, she sounded passive-aggressive and continually talked over me while I tried to explain the situation. She eventually said a technician could call me back with a quote, which was fine, but the interaction with her felt unnecessarily rude. Thankfully, the technician did call back and provided the needed information. On Saturday, I went in for the repair. They replaced the taillight, but not the portion on the trunk where condensation is clearly visible. Unfortunately, I drove off the the lot before examining the replacement, but noticed it when i arrived home. Now, I’ve paid over $400 for a part that didn’t need to be replaced, and the original issue still exists. After the confusion, miscommunication, and poor service, I feel I received the worst experience possible and still don’t have the correct repair completed. More

I'll gave BRYCE All 5 Stars: We have been very loyal Maita Customers since 2008; during that time we have only had a grand total of (4) four Service Advisors. One has retired, one is now is a different Maita Customers since 2008; during that time we have only had a grand total of (4) four Service Advisors. One has retired, one is now is a different Maita position and the other two are in Service Dept Management Positions at Maita. My new Service Advisor is now Bryce Shibata. He is a very energetic, well versed Toyota guy who has excellent Customer Service Skills (kinda like the previous 4 Service Advisors). I prefer to deal with the same person each time I come there so that person has a good working knowledge of our individual vehicles. Bryce is exactly what I needed and he was hand picked by my previous Advisors. That made for a seamless transition!!!!!" "I am very happy Bryce Shibata is my new Service Advisor!!" More

As a woman I've never felt comfortable going into auto shops or car related stores. I had heard that Maita Toyota had two women associates that I was thrilled to shop from. In the past I have dealt with m shops or car related stores. I had heard that Maita Toyota had two women associates that I was thrilled to shop from. In the past I have dealt with male associates and I have been disrespected and talked down to. I expected to be treated differently by women. However that was not the case. Not only were their skills lacking in parts service, they were rude and treated me like I was incompetent. I don't know how they even got hired at this establishment. I would rather get talked down to a little bit by male than have to deal with these very incompetent women. I believe their names were Susanna and Dee. I do not recommend this establishment because of these two women. One of them acted like a know-it-all like she knew better than me and the other one kept mumbling to herself and I couldn't even understand what she was saying. Needless to say, hopefully Toyota can hire more competent staff, especially women, because it makes women look bad. Also they need to regulate phones. I've seen several employees talking on the phone, using airpods, or just outright texting. It is mainly the cashiers. Please do better. More
