I had brought my car in for a brake job, and was surprised to learn my service contract had expired a few months ago. I was upset, because I wasn’t clear about the language in the contract. I was contacted by the finance manager Noha, who worked out an agreeable solution , and also extended my service plan at a fair price. I appreciate her taking the initiative and contacting me to help resolve my issue. More

Maybe it's the euphoria of the new car smell (new to me), mixed with the excitement that comes with owning a new vehicle (upgrading from a 2014 328i). Whatever the circumstances, I came away with lasting impressions. Shopping at Flemington BMW was truly an unexpectedly pleasant surprise. I drove 6+ hours through three states for this purchase and I don't regret a single minute of the trip. Distinctively: Tom: You're a class act, my good man. Thanks for sharing your knowledge about the vehicle and taking time to answer my questions, explaining every possible detail. Also, thanks for the pen! Noha: A true lioness, fierce yet kind.
