The reps understood our budget and what we needed! They worked tirelessly to help us get approved for financing. Zack was awesome at stepping in and making sure our car was in proper working order. I can’t say enough. And Brent? I think that was the name of our financing specialist, he was amazing at understanding what budget restrictions we were working with. Corwin Toyota WOW’d us!!! More

Corwin Toyota should have updated the electrical system while in neutral and updated the towing sensors. The tires that are on the truck were completely unbalanced and I had the worst drive home to Durango while in neutral and updated the towing sensors. In my most recent experience the service employee was great, but the manager, John, was rude. At points he was ignoring me to print out highlighted pieces of the owners manual instead of talking to me di great, but the manager, John, was rude. At points he was ignoring me to print out highlighted pieces of the owners manual instead of talking to me directly. It felt very condescending. I think once he knew I was thinking of making a complaint to Toyota, he became a little kinder and offered me a discount for the services. Additionally, he never emailed me back. Overall I’ve had a bad experience at this dealership. I also was looking at buying my car here, but based on the crappy service I received, I ended up driving to another dealership to buy a brand new car. They were not hospitable and didn’t treat me as a valued customer. There was no follow up, and no real push to try and get the car I wanted. They lost my business. I live in Boulder but will be driving out of town to get my car serviced at a dealership with better employees. More
