A little bit about my vehicle with it going in -I was a few months early to return my lease, with it well over my mileage. I had several tiny dings to it. (Thankfully I paid for the added $5000 coverage at the start of my lease). Lastly, I had a huge dent in the front end from an accident that happened earlier in the month. So, not only was my car a wreck, but I also felt I was a wreck too! The best part of it all, Nicole was so caring and helpful! She didn't even think twice, she listened to my situation, dove right into my circumstances, looked for a new vehicle, and lastly helped with my insurance claim! BAM! A couple hours later, I was driving my new vehicle! As if I was a genie and I snapped my fingers! Thank you so much, Nicole!
