I tried scheduling an appointment 3 times by phone and was transferred to the service center and had to leave a message. No one ever called back over a 3 week period. Overpriced and when they mess up, they fix it but don’t make it right. Had to go back and have my transfer case redone because the tech forgot to tighten the drain plug.
