This is probably one of the worst car dealerships to deal with even the finance guy lied to me and my wife about plans we signed up for and the pricing. Found out the car they sold me was a lemon. I had taki with even the finance guy lied to me and my wife about plans we signed up for and the pricing. Found out the car they sold me was a lemon. I had taking the car back 15 times for the same issue every time they promised the car wasn't a lemon even though I asked several times. Even the service manager would never call me or return calls or talk to me in the lobby while I waited hours for the car. It wasn't until I tried to reach out to the owner Jason Stacey on their message center. Jason never reached out but I got a call from Alex Davis the GM. I told him my issues and he said he would look at my service history and let me know something. He called me back within an hour and told me I needed to contact nissan consumers affairs and file cause he said yeah we think your car is a lemon. I asked why would your service people not tell me this when I have been here every month since buying the car. Nissan even reached out even quicker within 1 day and said they would buy or give me a new car. I went through another dealership cause of the lies I was told and didnt want to have to deal with them not filling my paperwork like they were supposed to. I found out a month later they never submitted my papers to cancel stuff that was through them pushing me back further from getting my car. I have since tried to reach out to Jason Stacey and even called his other dealership he owns to let him know the issue I was having. I talked to the girl and she said oh he doesn't have an office here at either dealerships. I asked does he not ever come in. I told her I had an issue with one of his dealerships and she said I can get the GM for you. She then tells me Alex Davis is the GM their also I said I have talked to him but won't call me back now. She put me on hold and said yes Alex remembers your case I gave him you number and he is going to call you. I have still yet to hear from him and have left two voice messages on his cell phone to make things right. Even though I was told by Cam their new finance guy we are going to give you the vip treatment when you come back. Can't get treated like a VIP when no one calls you. Just like I look at my service history and I am on a service plan for oil change I notice every time I paid to have the tire rotated they would charge me for for oil fee even though I was on a plan but never charged me the others times. I would advise anyone else having issue where your crash detection lights come on all the time or your radio is on but nothing plays even though the sound is up or the volume turns down on its own it the car not the seniors radio or the cameras. Would not buy from them again and I guess they are mad I went to another dealership to get treated right. And also I guess Jason who doesn't really care about how his customers are treated or lied to or what people are lieing to customers to get them to sign up on plans. More

I go out of my way to go see Nicholas and Cole Springs Nissan. They are always on point… Don’t oversell, fix what needs to get fixed and have the best service! Brought my Ariya in for recall repairs. Nicholas was so kind and proactive. My daughter picked me up in her Nissan and he saw there was an issue and got it in to be fixed right away.
