Norm Reeves is either dishonest or clueless, both of
which are terrible. They sold me a car that clearly had cosmetic work done on it, replacement parts and paint for some reason but disclosed nothing.

When I brought up my concerns, their response was not only rude and blaming, they offered no effort to right the wrong in any way nor fulfilled their commitment to get back to me. I have heard their adds on the radio for years and thought they would be an upstanding establishment, but unfortunately my experience was poor and I’ll never purchase a car from them again.
