I had normal service done and the Cabin filter was changed. The glove compartment wasn't installed right. The damper was not installed and only the cap of it was attached to the compartment. The compartment was totally crooked. The main damper part fell inside big plastic part. The service person gave me his card and said call me if something is wrong. Yah right!! I called and left a massage but never got a return call. I ended up fixing it myself. Very disappointing. More

They took care of a few issues we had with a new/used truck. The only issue I have is they left the floor mats really dirty and they were brand new formats. I had to clean them with degreaser.
