This place is hands down the best dealership around. It started with a phone call and Nathan was able to do everything online before us driving up. We got there before closing but ended up not sealing the deal until after 10:00pm and they closed at 8:00pm. Not one time did they try to rush us or be anyway about having to stay late. Jeremy, Tyler, Tom and Justice were all amazing, and friendly and I couldn't imagine doing business with anyone else. So happy we decided to do Toyota of Cleveland. I absolutely love my Forerunner!! Thank you gentlemen! More

The staff at Toyota made us feel welcome before we even arrived at the location. I emailed/texted the sales manager during this time & he assured me; they would work with us to get her what she wanted. They are friendly, down to earth, & will work with your budget. We reached out with an internet search and was promptly contacted by Nathan Walker. He provided all of the information we requested, as well as pictures, of the vehicle we were interested in. Once we went to "test drive" the 4-runner, we worked with Justice Goodner. We considered 2 different 4-runners and he answered all of our questions about both. Once we decided on the one we wanted, Justice was with us throughout the entire purchasing process. The entire staff were extremely friendly and made us feel as though they appreciated our business.
