He was so personable and knowledgable and explained the various car features very well and how they may fit our lifestyle. He stayed with us to the very end, even helping us transfer our belongings to our new car and taking time to walk us through the navigation features. Cindy knows her stuff! She guided us through paperwork like a champ. She was very pleasant to work with and we enjoyed getting to know her. Tyler is the man!! He worked with us to find the best fit for us financially. His guidance really helped us in making our final decision. After a not-so-great experience at another area Toyota dealership, I called Toyota of Cleveland to schedule some time to explore RAV4s. I spoke with Nathan Walker, who took the time to listen to my needs and concerns, and scheduled an appointment me for the next day. When I arrived, Russell Bishop was present and ready to help. He listened to my needs, asked a few questions about my preferences, and then we did some driving. Russell patiently outlined features and advantages of different model years of RAV4s, and never once made me feel overly ignorant although it was my first car-buying experience. Cindy in finance was also very helpful and patient, and texted today to see how things were going with my new purchase! I recommend this dealership to anyone! More
