Que was an excellent salesman! He had an excellent knowledge of the vehicle and provided a great experience for my wife and I. We visited other dealerships looking for the same d He had an excellent knowledge of the vehicle and provided a great experience for my wife and I. We visited other dealerships looking for the same dealer, however Que provided an unmatched customer experience for us. For example, after driving the car at the dealership, we went to another dealership and drove a similar BMW 540i and my wife the drive of the car was not as nice as the one we drove at Benz and Beemer...We called Que and asked if we could drive the car again, however due to our work schedule we didn't have time to return to the dealership. Que drove the car to our house, we were able to drive the car during our lunch time and as a result we bought the car later that evening. The other dealership told us they could not drive the car to our house for a second test drive. More

Que was very professional. I received a prompt response from him even though it was after hours. Kept in touch with me throughout the week and weekend in was contemplating purchasing the vehicle. Super informative and no high pressure tactics which is a rarity these days.
