First came to CBB from Tucson with my parents in 2020 for my mom's car so when it was time for me to get mine, I knew I would look here. Fortunately I was able to return a 330i I bought that I was dissatisfied with after driving it home. I think his name is Mark (manager) gave me my down payment back right away. Then I changed my mind to an suv so Que was on the lookout! Que is not only super knowledgeable about all their inventory, he is very responsive and will text you back immediately no matter the time of day! It was my first car purchase so I had a lot of questions for him. My first impression was - wow he is a hustler! He sends you videos of your car of interest ASAP as well which made the decision to go with CBB easier (being 2 hrs away). Overall super nice & funny guy. Thank you CBB and Que, I love my beautiful X3! And shoutout to Kerry from MN who stayed after close and quickly got me on my way :) More

The one most incredible thing with this dealership is how they prepared this vehicle for sale to me. It was in the process of being inspected as it just came in and I purchased it. As they continued their inspection process on this vehicle, they truly made this vehicle 100%. They replaced what was needed right down to the wiper blades. This 2020 BMW M340i felt like it was new!!! This dealership has earned my future business. More
