Everyone there is so courteous and professional, and it is so easy to make an appointment. The waiting room is nice, and I like the fact that there are tables outside for use on nice days!!! I have owned Hondas for the past 14 years, and although I have lived in many places, Gunn Honda has treated me, and my vehicles, better than any other dealership....including another big Honda Dealership here in San Antonio. KUDOS to the entire service department. More

Kudos to Gunn Honda I bought a 2010 CRV Honda in 2013 & have always received positive service from sales person to service dept. I broke my side mirrow (drivers side) & I bought a 2010 CRV Honda in 2013 & have always received positive service from sales person to service dept. I broke my side mirrow (drivers side) & a new one would cost more than I could afford. The service dept suggested instead of purchasing the complete part, just replace the internal mirrow, which I could afford. I was very appreciated.Thank you one & all for understanding.
