Priority Newport News posted a beautiful 2023 ES 300h Luxury with all my amenities. Our dilemma was the car was in VA, and we live in TN. This was the first time we purchased a car online, sight unseen, without a test drive and within another state. This was a lot of unknowns for any cost. However, we put our faith in God and prayed there are still good human beings that worked in car sales. Jelani (Jay) Gaynor was the perfect God-sent person. He was very professional and personable that made us very comfortable with the process. He took the time to call, facetime, video the car (exterior and interior), and answered late-night text. He inspected the car as if he was purchasing it for himself or his parents. He walked us through the transportation process. His work ethics, customer service, and diligence have a moral benefit to his character. This young man kept in touch until the car was delivered at my front door. With service of this caliber, all of my family and friends will know Jelani (Jay) Gaynor at Priority Newport News is trustworthy!! A word of mouth goes a long way!! what i thought should have been a pleasent encounter with salesman jelani gaynor turned out to be devoid of the traditional lexus experience after purshasing a lexus rx 350 f sport.it was complete with all salesman jelani gaynor turned out to be devoid of the traditional lexus experience after purshasing a lexus rx 350 f sport.it was complete with all the negative conotations of the proverbal used car salesman.(overselling ,under performing and lack of a thorough knowledge of this vehicle). upon delivery of the vehicle to my home, condescendingly he handed me the keys and papers and stated all i needed to know was included in the papers. when questions were asked he noted that he refused to answer any questions and that he had to leave. it should be noted tha in the papers included a inspection certificate with a sales delivery checklist already completed afirming that the delivery conforms with the traditional lexus experience which never took place. after requesting support from albert meeks for help in understanding my vehicle, ifortunately the traditional lexus experence was reawaken with my encounter with a most plesant patrick antar.i was throughly pleased with his presantation and knowledge..i can't say enough about patrick antar. More

I own two vehicles, Lexus IS250c and ES350. Since Priority took over the dealership, the service department has not been as efficient as before. Took the IS250 in for work on the trunk suppor Since Priority took over the dealership, the service department has not been as efficient as before. Took the IS250 in for work on the trunk supports. I was handed a sheet of paper with close to $3000 worth of additional "things" that the car needed. I had to pre-pay for parts and that took close to a month to arrive. When I finally got the trunk repaired, they charged a surcharge on the use of a credit card to pay for the repairs. Just think... If you had $2,000 of repairs, you would be charged an extra $20 to use a credit card to pay for the repairs. As a result, I will no longer use Priority Lexus in Newport News as my service provider and will not look at them for purchasing a new vehicle. More
