I own two vehicles, Lexus IS250c and ES350. Since Priority took over the dealership, the service department has not been as efficient as before. I was handed a sheet of paper with close to $3000 worth of additional "things" that the car needed. I had to pre-pay for parts and that took close to a month to arrive. When I finally got the trunk repaired, they charged a surcharge on the use of a credit card to pay for the repairs. Just think... If you had $2,000 of repairs, you would be charged an extra $20 to use a credit card to pay for the repairs. As a result, I will no longer use Priority Lexus in Newport News as my service provider and will not look at them for purchasing a new vehicle. More
