Very long process! Difficult to finally get them to reveal interest rate they were using. Wanted to leave multiple times because wait time was unreasonable. Process seemed too difficult compared to other dealerships. Mandatory protection package was weird . I ended up buying after much negotiation to basically finally get advertised price.
