I see a wonderful team working in Service department who pays utmost attention to details and what needed to be done for the customers. My car had the windshield glass to be replaced. After fixing it outsid pays utmost attention to details and what needed to be done for the customers. My car had the windshield glass to be replaced. After fixing it outside, I had issues with the calibrations, and it had to be fixed only with the dealership. It was fixed neatly by them. And then, I notice some small tear int the front car seat for which the service team took their fullest efforts in getting it covered and approved with kia warranty. They fixed that too. Their courtesy drop and pick up while the car was in service was also much helpful. I felt I am in hands of much compassionate and reliable team that is waiting to help us without any fuzz but with more caring. Thanks to Jim and Ellis Kia of Kennesaw! More

when I first purchase the vehicle the Jim Ellis Kia was phenomenal However due the climate of everything the business side of caring customers has depleted . The service representative need a lot of work in showing compassion for it's clients and those who are faithful are reliable in coming back. My experience is that Ms. Diana has always been kind and sweet however if we are speaking candid. The service representative Mr. Norris was not forthcoming about my vehicle when it came to service and work being done and also lack of communication regarding work being done. He is the reason I will no longer return because of the way he treated my family. More

I am writing to formally express my profound dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had at Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw. I brought my vehicle in with the expectation of receiving honest, prof dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had at Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw. I brought my vehicle in with the expectation of receiving honest, professional service, but instead, I encountered what appeared to be blatant attempts to upsell unnecessary repairs. From the start, I felt that the assessment of my vehicle’s condition was excessively detailed for the minor issue I initially reported. I was told about multiple supposed “critical” issues that, according to the dealership, needed urgent attention. These claims were concerning, particularly given that my car had been thoroughly inspected just weeks prior by a certified mechanic, with no mention of these alleged issues. Further, when I consulted an independent mechanic after my visit to your dealership, they confirmed that none of the extra repairs your team recommended were required. This is not only disappointing but raises serious concerns about the ethics and practices of your service department. Attempting to capitalize on a customer’s lack of technical knowledge by fabricating or exaggerating issues is dishonest, unprofessional, and detrimental to your dealership’s reputation. This experience has left me with a clear lack of trust in Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw. I strongly urge you to review this matter internally, as behavior like this reflects poorly on your business and can lead to a loss of customers and community trust. I also expect full transparency in any follow-up communications. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope you take this complaint seriously and work to ensure that such practices are not a part of any future customer interactions. More
