I dropped off my car last month the night before my appointment and was told my car would be done in 4 hours after 5 hours I called and they could not even find my car because someone had mistakenly pu appointment and was told my car would be done in 4 hours after 5 hours I called and they could not even find my car because someone had mistakenly put it in the wrong line. It was in the 5-day hold line so I had to wait several more hours for my car to even be looked at. Currently my car has a check engine light and I am in the middle of a engine combustion test and have called your dealership multiple times in the past 2 days and have left multiple messages for the service managers after being told they were in fact working and have not received a reply phone call as a matter of fact the multiple times I have called up there I have never been able to get a service manager the only person I was ever able to get a hold of was the head of the department when no one could find my car last month. Even he said let me go find out what's going on and I'll call you back in 45 minutes and I never heard back from him this never ever happened when this was Cobb County Kia every time I called there my service manager would answer the phone as soon as I called the way Jim Ellis runs his dealerships is pathetic. It is more than evident that he does not hair and the slightest for his customers More

I’m sorry I bought a car here and I’m sorry I took my parents car here. The lack of communication is unheard of. Norris is an awful SA and will not call you back or explain things. I had to physically dr parents car here. The lack of communication is unheard of. Norris is an awful SA and will not call you back or explain things. I had to physically drive there to get answers and speak with another SA. Misty is useless as a customer whatever because on the phone she told me I could only speak to Norris and no one else. Ridiculous policy when another SA was helping me since Norris left and didn’t call me back. I don’t know what’s happened over the years but the customer service here is awful. Misty also kept blaming their phone system on all the issues I’ve had over the past year. It started off with damage in the trim around my doors which got logged by an SA as a warranty issue when it wasn’t and worse he never submitted it anyway. Same visit for a tire issue they found a nail said they wouldn’t rotate and I went to Mavis and they couldn’t find the nail turns out the tech rotated the tires anyway. Then the trim finally got worked with other recall issues was given a loaner for the we owe problem was told to be there at a certain time and the guy I needed was no where to be found. Ended up being late to an appt bc he was somewhere else. Had my car longer than they needed bc some other tech used my parts and had to wait on new ones. Had service done and the tech didn’t rotate my tires had to bring it back to have the issue looked at. Very disappointed and shocked at the treated after buying a $40K plus SUV. Mark and Kris are the only people in the Service Dept who care and will work with you. More
