He did good at the paperwork, explaining all the sale documents and going over warranty protection plans. However, questions always come up after you leave. I made several phone calls to Jose to get some clarification on a couple of items, and finally sent him an e-mail with my questions. It has been 16 days since I sent the e-mail. No response. Just fact. I could have easily given the dealership a five star with simply five minutes of Jose answering the e-mail or calling me. More

Negotiation was fair and was pressure free which is always a plus. Jose Castaneda was very professional and respectful during the boring part of buying a car--finance and contracts. The paper work was ready for us by the time we got to his office. My only concern though is that it seems like he ghosted us after he got what he needed from us. There were some information that he wanted from that I promptly provided to him but unable to reciprocate when I needed something. The condition of the vehicle was less than ideal though for a new vehicle. There were a lot marring and scuffs on a brand new car, they may have been caused by rough handling when removing factory protection film. Remnants from the adhesive also tarnished the paint. Love the vehicle, but the new car experience was quickly dampened after my first car wash when it exposed all the imperfections on the paint. More
