Ben Ashenbrener (Sales Consultant) made my buying experience at Tynan’s the best truck buying experience I have ever had. (I am 65 years old so I have bought many vehicles over the years). The first thing that put an unknown dealership in a different state on the map for me, was their selection of vehicles. Tynan’s had by far the best price on the truck I was looking for than any other dealership in the country! (My wife and I flew from Utah to New Jersey to buy the vehicle she wanted so we are willing to go where needed to buy the right vehicle). I found the truck on the Car Fax website and called Tynan’s. I was fortunate to be connected to Mr. Ashenbrener. Within 10 minutes Ben had answered my questions and was so helpful that I put money down over the phone with my credit card and within 2 hours my wife and I were headed to Colorado! That next morning my wife and I went into Tynan’s where we experienced something we had not experienced before in a dealership. Ben greeted us and was so pleasant. He was extremely knowledgeable and let us take the truck for a test drive. We loved the truck, the well below book price and the nice friendly and helpful feeling of being at Tynan’s to buy a vehicle. Usually, at other dealerships by this point, you find yourself in the middle of “car buying games” with pressure, and answers that are often not really very clear. Ben answered our questions, smiled, and seemed to appreciate the fact that my wife and I were actually enjoying our buying experience. While we worked with Ben I commented that I was glad that he was the sales consultant I was connected to the day before when I phoned to see if the truck I was interested in was still available. Ben explained the Tynan’s history in the area and their philosophy as a car dealership. The fact that the philosophy sounded so good and the fact that my wife and I were witnessing that philosophy in action really made our day! In a little over an hour, maybe an hour and a half we had met several other members of the Tynan’s team (Matthew Shopes and Jose Castaneda) who were equally as friendly, profesional and helpful as Mr. Ashenbrener (Ben). While the paperwork was being completed the already spotless truck was washed and cleaned inside and out so I could drive it through a snowstorm back to Utah. I left Tynan’s not only with the truck I had searched nationwide for (year, model, options and PRICE-smile) but also with a few extra of Ben’s business cards, which I asked for to share with family and friends! Yes, the drive to Tynan’s was well worth it and an incredible buying experience. A big thank you to Ben and the others at Tynan’s. He did good at the paperwork, explaining all the sale documents and going over warranty protection plans. However, questions always come up after you leave. I made several phone calls to Jose to get some clarification on a couple of items, and finally sent him an e-mail with my questions. It has been 16 days since I sent the e-mail. No response. Just fact. I could have easily given the dealership a five star with simply five minutes of Jose answering the e-mail or calling me. More

Negotiation was fair and was pressure free which is always a plus. Jose Castaneda was very professional and respectful during the boring part of buying a car--finance and contracts. The paper work was ready for us by the time we got to his office. My only concern though is that it seems like he ghosted us after he got what he needed from us. There were some information that he wanted from that I promptly provided to him but unable to reciprocate when I needed something. The condition of the vehicle was less than ideal though for a new vehicle. There were a lot marring and scuffs on a brand new car, they may have been caused by rough handling when removing factory protection film. Remnants from the adhesive also tarnished the paint. Love the vehicle, but the new car experience was quickly dampened after my first car wash when it exposed all the imperfections on the paint. More
