I wanted to share my experience so others can be careful during the leasing process. The finance process was more stressful and awkward than expected. Initially, we were given a quote for a 24-month leas during the leasing process. The finance process was more stressful and awkward than expected. Initially, we were given a quote for a 24-month lease at around $315 per month. After I approved them to run my credit, they came back with a different quote of about $400 per month and said there had been a mistake on their end, though they could not clearly explain what happened. I had specifically asked for a 24-month lease, but later found out they had run the numbers for a 36-month lease instead. Because they had to call and modify things again, I ultimately ended up accepting the 36-month lease, even though that was not what I originally requested. When signing the documents, I also had to ask them to review the contract three separate times because not all of the discounts listed on the website were included. I was told things like it was related to the money factor or that all the discounts were already there, but after reviewing the numbers carefully, they were not. Overall, I appreciate that the deal was eventually completed, but I would strongly recommend that customers review every number carefully, confirm the lease term, verify that all advertised discounts are included, and do their own math before signing. I initially went in to try and find a car to replace my Ariya as my lease was up. None of the options presented really worked for me. I left the dealership frustrated and clueless as to any other options, as I did not fully understand the leasing variables and why the same retail price on different models could be so different on the monthly payment. I went and visited other dealerships, and they were low on inventory. Consequently, I decided to go online and found a model that had been suggested during my first visit, but I had not given it any attention. Upon further investigation online, and in dealing with Tynans entirely online via text, I was able to get all of my questions answered, and line up an acceptable payment and specifics. I went in the following day, and Tynans had all the paperwork ready for me upon seeing and deciding on the car. Done in less than an hour! The team worked their magic, and it was one of the best experiences I've had thus far at Tynans. I will continue being a loyal customer. More
