From Mike Watson (assisted the 1st time I came in..took a lot of his time to take me for a test drive and show me options) to Amelia Lepera (who helped me on the internet before I came in again) to Justin Connor (who helped me close the lease and walk out with my fabulous car). They all had a great attitude and I cannot stress this enough..great people oriented culture. More

Carmine 's THOROUGH knowledge of BMW's stable of cars and his calm demeanor and sincere desire to assist me made it possible. I decided to lease the newly designed X1 and I must say I am thrilled with its improved features and ride. Also Ozzy Momoor in finance clearly and patiently explained the BEST lease structure for me. Once again, a huge improvement . I truly feel that I belong to a club-family-group- of like minded people who really care about the product that they represent and the people who invest in them. This is my 6th BMW and as my life and needs change so do my needs in the vehicle that I drive. This team has done an excellent job in matching the car to the client. It's not a car, it's a driving machine that gives me great pleasure and security, from its superior headlights to its responsiveness and ease of use. And least I forget, from the moment the front desk directs my call graciously and calmly no matter how crowded the showroom may be, to the lovely well stocked lounge, all details and all on this BMW team seem to be hand picked.
