I was thrilled when BMW moved to Bridgewater and starting taking my car here for service!! We decided it was time to look at getting a new car.....We were between BMW and infinite suv! My previous x3 I always took to Bridgewater for service since it was my car so my husband never experienced the amazing service at the dealership! We test drove the BMW Monday evening at Bridgewater BMW my husband was so impressed with the welcoming staff from the moment you step into the dealership he decided to purchase from BMW! Kuddos to the gm Mike Yates, truly you've done an amazing job with all your staff! Carmine our sales person is the best! Lee from valet makes you feel like your family and Liliana the lovely young lady is so welcoming as well! An amaxing group! We've had 3 volvos all from the same dealership and never experienced this type of excellent customer service! The ABSOLUTE BEST BMW dealer! I have purchased about 4 vehicles from this dealership over the years.(following them to their current location in Bridgewater from Lebanon). The sales experience has always been excellent-no high pressure stuff you get in lots of dealerships. The sales people are full of information to help me understand all the features on the vehicles and decide what is the best vehicle for my needs. Every service experience has been wonderful also- I have to admit they make me feel like royalty! And the process is so easy. The last experience in service I was so embarassed because i had to return the loaner car with a dent in the side (hit and run in the street) and they made me feel like it was no big deal. I can't see any reason to go anywhere else!! More
