Great combination of brand and people. Had a wonderful purchase experience of a new X3 M40i at BMW of Bridgewater. Got a great price from the best salesperson on the planet Mark Carvalho. Had a wonderful purchase experience of a new X3 M40i at BMW of Bridgewater. Got a great price from the best salesperson on the planet Mark Carvalho. We have made many BMW purchases from Mark over the years when he was at other dealerships and we will follow him to the ends of the earth because he’s the best plain and simple. He knows the products better than anyone, works super hard to get the deals done and goes the extra mile to make customers satisfied before and after the sale. Mark’s 27 years of BMW experience really show through and we think he’s a huge asset to BMW of Bridgewater. Also want to give a thumbs up to Mike Yates who runs the dealership, I’ve known Mike for many years and not only is he a really nice guy but he’s also a great ambassador for the brand and for BMW of Bridgewater. Nice to be doing business again. Another big plus for the dealership is that they are active with the local BMW car club chapter in sponsorship and also in putting on great events. BMW CCA members are enthusiasts that like to recommend dealerships that work with the club, Bridgewater is one of those dealerships. In closing, we have had many great experiences with BMW of Bridgewater over the years, it’s more a family feel than the huge BMW dealers and we like that and now that they have Mark it’s a home run. 9:40 appt for an oil change and it’s now 2:12pm This isn’t my first time being here for service to have my car here for hours/ days. This is my first bmw and may be my last or at least last purcha This isn’t my first time being here for service to have my car here for hours/ days. This is my first bmw and may be my last or at least last purchased at BMW of Bridgewater. They had my car for 4 days due to an error with my convertable not locking. They in turn returned it to me saying nothing is wrong. I made an appt 2 days ago to bring it in for an oil change. I had a 9:40am appt and it’s 2:17pm. Still car isn’t ready. This time at 2:30 they came out and asked if I’d take a loaner to look into the roof again. I laughed and said no. General Manager then came out because service manager was nowhere to be found..He has asked if they can contact me and have someone come to my house to pick up my car and leave me a loaner to allow a BMW engineer look at my roof. We’ll see if I get a call. NEVER again will I come here! They have been a totally failure so far as far as I’m concerned. I’ve always had Honda’s and Toyota’s and never had this low level of service. Go figure, get a more expensive car and lower level of service? I’ve got very low confidence in this dealership at this point. Let’s see if they can turn this around. Time will tell... More

They worked hard to stay within my budget and the end result was great. Vehicle Specialist, John Palombo took ample time to go over all of the new vehicle functions. Overall, I would highly recommend Bridgewater BMW - the staff is great, it's a family environment and they treat you like a person, not just another number on their sales quota. This is the second vehicle I've leased from them and the quality of service has remained consistent. More

Incompetence All Around Purchased my car CPO in early 2017, in August of 2018 the dealer sold me a Dinan performance part which blew my charge pipe after one day. The dealer Purchased my car CPO in early 2017, in August of 2018 the dealer sold me a Dinan performance part which blew my charge pipe after one day. The dealer replaced the charge pipe and soon after the car was riddled with check engine lights and engine noises under acceleration. After being towed into the dealer and numerous service visits, the engine noises persisted without resolution. I dealt with Jeff the service manager and Mike thr GM without any improvement, consideration. or alternatives. I contacted corporate who were useless as well. I will never buy a BMW again as their local dealers nor corporate know how to stand by their product and equipment sold installed in house. Daryl from parts department assured me this part did not void my warranty after asking him three times. Mike and his entire staff had no consistency training or professionalism in dealing with anything other than oil changes and printing lease agreement paperwork. Very sad for them and the future if their dealership by conducting business in this way. DRAIN THE SWAMP OF BRIDGEWATER BMW. More

Also she NEVER gave up looking for a vehicle that would fit my budget and life style. She NAILED IT !!! giving me a vehicle that has style and class and it was a brand new vehicle. THANK YOU SO MUCH Manjula your the best. I TRULY appreciate all you done for us and not trying to pushing us into just any vehicle. My preg. wife & I were insulted by Dave Wagoner , CFO My wife and I visited the dealership yesterday looking for a 2019 X4. My cousin had referred us since he has gotten his BMW from there two years ago. My wife and I visited the dealership yesterday looking for a 2019 X4. My cousin had referred us since he has gotten his BMW from there two years ago. I made an appointment with sales person Bill Chludzins and told him about the referral. We arrived there around 5:40 pm. Bill Chludzins, my wife & I test drove a 2019 BMW X4 and came back to take prices on a 36 months lease. I needed pricing on a specific build 2019 BMW X4. I gave Bill the build. Bill came to me with a price of $XXX per month I showed him that I have an offer from another dealership for $XXX, lower, and I asked him if he could offer any better. He was surprised and said that Mike the GM left for the day and called the financial officer, Dave Wagoner,. A conversation went on for about 22:00 minutes & 37 seconds in which Wagoner was extremely rude & disrespectful. The way he talked to us, the way he was shaking his head & his voice tone was unbearable. Very unprofessional & made us feel terrible. He literally said to me in a very rude and disgusting way "will you make the deal or gonna drag your wife to another dealer to save another $4" P.S. he went $20 below the price I have from the other dealer. Which made his price $120 less off his original offer. We were extremely disappointed with the way we were treated. I def. would like to hear back from the General manager of the Bridgewater dealership, after investigating this matter. I can email him the full conversation. P.S. if Wagoner and Bill deny, I have an evidence of what exactly happened & said yesterday. More

We love the new car! My wife and I were customers at Hunterdon BMW in Lebanon. Jen sold us our previous car and we had nothing but good luck with it. Jen has moved on, and Manjula couldn't have been better in filling her shoes to make our transaction perfect. She was courteous and very attentive to what we were interested in, and worked with Anthony to get us a price we were comfortable with. We would highly recommend her if you are thinking of purchasing a vehicle at Bridgewater BMW. John was perfect on his pre-delivery explanation of things we needed to know about the car we had just purchased. It was good to see Mike Yates, and he was kind enough to show us his i8. Great car! I didn't get a chance to see Chris Rokosny (he was on the road), but I wonder if he and Mike will see who has the faster i8! Thanks again! Sal and Roberta More
