The entire management team including the General manager directly listened to our concerns and went above and beyond to ensure we drove away With a stellar experience in our new BMW. The dealer sent us out a sales representative (Scott) to our apartment across the state in Jersey City to complete the re-delivery of our vehicle including a step by step personal introduction of real world use of our car and the long list of technology available. I have to give a special thanks to Scott who was an absolute pleasure to work with. His knowledge of the vehicle features and real world application was excellent. His primary concern was to ensure we walked away with the piece of mind that we would be able to enjoy our every feature of our new car.
