Ford to purchase vehicles is the excellent Service Department. Jerry Hood, Service Manager, Mike Waddle, Service Rep., the other service reps., and the mechanics have never disappointed us. We feel like we are valued and appreciated because we are truly "heard," and service staff seek to address our concerns. More important, our vehicles are maintained well, and if a repair is needed, staff are "on it" and perform great work. Kudos to the Arlington Hts. Ford Service Department!
