Usually very excellent service (over 5 times) but the last time I had to immediately return to shop after a mile or so out when my truck started "bucking" the whole time. I called service to have someone come out to my location to evaluate my issue but nobody at the service dept. answered my phone calls. I made it back slowly (truck bucking the whole time) to the shop, and the issue was found and repaired in less than 10 minutes after arriving It was discovered that the air intake hose was mistakenly left unconnected to the carburetor. More

As always, received great customer service while the truck was in for a service call on a recall. Mike Treas is my consistent go to Service Writer, very accommodating and easy to work with. Whether it's an Oil change through the Quick Lane or a scheduled service appointment, the professionalism and work quality is why I drive over an hour when I pass right by several other Ford Dealerships to have my truck serviced with Koons Ford of Annapolis. Disappointed in this visit . . over previous visits (which were very satisfying). Numerous problems with system controls from the Steering wheel. (Cruise Control inop / Blue Tooth . over previous visits (which were very satisfying). Numerous problems with system controls from the Steering wheel. (Cruise Control inop / Blue Tooth sync inop / Voice Command inop); $1200 for diagnostics and computer part. Will be additional $450 to install and fix just the sync problem. Bigger concern is that I had to call twice to find out the part was already received, and the earliest install date was 2 weeks out. Koons can do better. More

Koons Ford has been my dealer since 1987 for all service needs, body shop work and products such as wiper blades. This most recent experience was m on of the best. This visit was much better than the last time I was there. The last visit (16 March 2022) cost Koons and Ford my Business for Tires, Brakes, Shocks, and Oil Changes due to the floor guy berating me there. The last visit (16 March 2022) cost Koons and Ford my Business for Tires, Brakes, Shocks, and Oil Changes due to the floor guy berating me for puling up and stopping under the bay door. There was a car directly in front of me. I was also in the lane that he told me to pull in to. Behind the car! After telling him I needed an oil change and was in need of tires, I was again berated for not scheduling an appointment. This was at 8:30ish in the morning. I was told I would not be able to get an oil change that day since it wasn't scheduled. I've never scheduled oil changes on any visit. On my visit 1/31/23, I walked across your lot looking for either a Ranger or a Maverick. I also went through your show room passing many of your staff and sales associates. Not one person could say hello or offer assistance. Is that the culture at Koons now? I've bought my last two vehicles there. I don't know if there will be a third... The only part of my visit worth positive was Mr. Treas. He was personable, polite, and professional. He explained what needed to be done (Factory Recall) and gave me a fair time estimate. Koons was quicker than expected. He squared me away and answered what questions I may have had. More
