Mike Treas always makes sure that the Crown Vic is serviced to the high standard it requires. I would buy a car or truck from Koon's because of the service center and that Mike would be there to make serviced to the high standard it requires. The service I had done was oil change. My appt was at 8:30am, but it was done til 11:15am. I was waiting in the lounge. I did have to ask the wonder nice lady in the lounge waiting area My appt was at 8:30am, but it was done til 11:15am. I was waiting in the lounge. I did have to ask the wonder nice lady in the lounge waiting area to find out how much longer til its done. No update from service only when it was done. The service on my car was great and they check everything on the list. They even rotated my tires also. No complaints on the work. Just a long wait time. More

Horrible customer service on behalf of the Service Tech Mike Treas. We were without a vehicle for 1 week with absolutely no update on his behalf unless we called and when we did he was beyond rude and acte Mike Treas. We were without a vehicle for 1 week with absolutely no update on his behalf unless we called and when we did he was beyond rude and acted like if we were bothering him. When we finally showed up on the last day in person, he was beyond demeaning and rude. To be in a situation like ours, where the vehicle had issues on Ford's behalf, nothing to do with us, and him show no empathy but rather was a complete demeaning, cold, and rude person, it really made the situation even worse. More
