Poor customer service. The dealership had the vehicle for over 2 weeks and failed to notify me that the vehicle was ready, they found nothing wrong with the vehicle. Upon picking up the car, the service rep could not find the keys to the car and I had an extended wait. No apology was given. The dealership is unorganized and unprofessional. Will never go to this dealer again. More

The dealership still has considerable delays for things like a simple oil change, but has really come through for more significant issues.
