DO NOT go to Salerno Duane in Summit! !! Their service department is unorganized and unprofessional. 0 stars for them! My car had a recall so I scheduled an appointment. They kept my car !! Their service department is unorganized and unprofessional. 0 stars for them! My car had a recall so I scheduled an appointment. They kept my car 24 hours and then told me they don’t have the part for the recall so they couldn’t fix it. I had to make a 2nd appointment for when they had the part. They told me the part was in so I brought my car back. Again, they kept the car 24 hours and then called me and told me they couldn’t fix the recall because they didn’t have the part, even though they scheduled my appointment and told me it was in. After the third appointment, they fixed the recall but they broke my passenger window, the heat stopped working and they scratched up my dashboard and gear shift. They are telling me it’s my problem and they won’t fix what they broke. They’ve now had my car for 6 days and not given me any updates. They haven't even offered me a loaner car. I’m still waiting for the manager, Paul, to call me back. It’s impossible to get in touch with their service department. No one picks up the phone and they don’t return messages. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! Based on other reviews it looks like many people have the same issue. This is the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership no question about it. It is intimidating going to a dealership sometime, especially walking in by yourself. You don’t know what to expect. I was defi no question about it. It is intimidating going to a dealership sometime, especially walking in by yourself. You don’t know what to expect. I was definitely nervous coming in. Sergio took all those nerves away!!! He was so knowledgeable so respectful so genuine during the whole process he was able to share knowledge about the car step-by-step processes and he took his time To make sure, I understood everything! Cory was great! He also took his time explaining all the warranties and all the financial things and everything that I have to look forward to in the upcoming weeks. He allowed me to ask my 101 questions and kept a smile on his face the entire time! Mike was awesome assisting me to get into a deal that I was very comfortable with. He introduced himself during the process extremely genuine and funny! The entire atmosphere at this dealership was very genuine, lighthearted and humbled. Every single person in there was so sweet once walked through the doors. You know that you’re in great hands. I would definitely recommend this dealership if you’re looking to get into a deal that you’re going to be comfortable and happy with and know that you will be heard during the process this is the place to be!! I’m extremely grateful that I walked in at the time that I walked in and Sergio was able to assist me the way he was. He is the best of the best. No question about it!! More

The dealership is absolutely amazing; it has a very welcoming atmosphere, and you feel at home while you’re there! I also want to say that Sergio, Sal, Henry, and Mike went above and beyond to make the welcoming atmosphere, and you feel at home while you’re there! I also want to say that Sergio, Sal, Henry, and Mike went above and beyond to make the deal happen for me. These four men are outstanding, and I must say they are key components of the dealership.
