Salerno Duane was great to work with. Easy, not pushy, professional and helpful. Our salesman Jim was especially informative and great to work with. Was regularly checked in on by the floor manager as well and had a great experience. More

DO NOT go to Salerno Duane in Summit! !! Their service department is unorganized and unprofessional. 0 stars for them! My car had a recall so I scheduled an appointment. They kept my car !! Their service department is unorganized and unprofessional. 0 stars for them! My car had a recall so I scheduled an appointment. They kept my car 24 hours and then told me they don’t have the part for the recall so they couldn’t fix it. I had to make a 2nd appointment for when they had the part. They told me the part was in so I brought my car back. Again, they kept the car 24 hours and then called me and told me they couldn’t fix the recall because they didn’t have the part, even though they scheduled my appointment and told me it was in. After the third appointment, they fixed the recall but they broke my passenger window, the heat stopped working and they scratched up my dashboard and gear shift. They are telling me it’s my problem and they won’t fix what they broke. They’ve now had my car for 6 days and not given me any updates. They haven't even offered me a loaner car. I’m still waiting for the manager, Paul, to call me back. It’s impossible to get in touch with their service department. No one picks up the phone and they don’t return messages. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! Based on other reviews it looks like many people have the same issue.
