My wife and I have been customers of Flemington BMW since 2009. They are always customer focused and our go to dealer for anything BMW related. I am trading in my 2010 BMW 535XI and just bought a new BM 2009. They are always customer focused and our go to dealer for anything BMW related. I am trading in my 2010 BMW 535XI and just bought a new BMW 340XI from them. Whether it is a service issue where Mike Riccardi, Sr and his team Trini or Laura get my issue resolved, or sales working with Ed Kiley, Connor Maloney who knows the product and Diane Barry who is trying to save me money. I trust them completely. Anyone shopping for a BMW should give them a look! More

This is for service department only…Bought 20 cars from Flemington. BMW Service the worst. Long wait time to get my car in to the service department even though I was the only one on line. Service writer when I made appointment lied to me regarding the cost of my FREE maintenance plan. Paid for tire and wheel protection, lied to on that as well. Bring your car somewhere else for service. The staff in the service department is horrible. More

I was able to finally receive resolution on a power charging issue with my car. The dealer and Dana were true to their word and were able to give me the 3 hour charger that was advertised with the car charging issue with my car.
