Amazing experience! I did a thorough job of "shopping" for a Certified Pre-owned Ford F150 and had a number of not so nice experiences with other Ford dealers in Connecti I did a thorough job of "shopping" for a Certified Pre-owned Ford F150 and had a number of not so nice experiences with other Ford dealers in Connecticut. I called Columbia Ford to get information on a truck listed with CarGurus. From the first time I was put in touch with Steve Murphy I felt I could just relax and be helped through the decision process without a lot of high pressure. He was kind, attentive, answered my questions, checked on a few details, called me back in a timely fashion and offered a couple of incentives - with no high pressure at all! He had the vehicles ready by the door when I arrived, he let me test drive even a vehicle I knew I was not going to buy, just so I could feel the difference. He made the decision process very easy. I had to call him several times and never was I put on hold for more than about 5 seconds! The paperwork was easy, the dealership is organized with each person doing their job efficiently. My husband is in sales and he was extremely impressed with their professionalism. It was an amazing experience and I will definitely refer Steve and Columbia Ford and will definitely return for my next purchase! More

Detailing Dept is superb My wife drives a GMC I leased from Gates GMC, but I drive all Fords. I've developed a relationship with the service department at Columbia ford over the last 22 years, and keep going back. My wife and kids aren't too tidy, and the Yukon needs constant cleaning. Frankly, I'm sick of doing it. I asked Columbia if GMCs were allowed and they said yes, as long as they can replace all the badges with Ford ones. Joking aside, they did a great job cleaning it, and even filled the fluids. Two thumbs up.👍🏻 👍🏻 More

Warranty Repair on my Alumiduty I bought a new vehicle from another dealer, and brought my truck in for oil change service there, and to explain my aesthetic issues with the interior I bought a new vehicle from another dealer, and brought my truck in for oil change service there, and to explain my aesthetic issues with the interior of my Job 1 F-250. The advisor took photos and said he would have to call Ford for approval of replacement. I never heard another word from them. Next time around, I called Columbia Ford to perform my oil change, and explained to them what happened at the other dealer. She took pictures, had an answer within the hour, and had parts ordered that same day. This visit was to install the ordered parts. A+ for Columbia Ford. They will have my business from now on. More
