Purchasing the new vehicle was fine. The dealership manager and the sales rep were very pleasant to deal with. The finance manager took way too much time and was very disappointed that w The dealership manager and the sales rep were very pleasant to deal with. The finance manager took way too much time and was very disappointed that we did not take any of the coverage plans he wanted to sell us. The whole process took about 4 hours. We were satisfied with the deal. However, the reason for our needing to buy a different car was that we had our car at this dealership for approximately 6 months off and on and finally said they could not repair the car after we had spent a large amount for it not to be repaired. All in all, we will continue to do our service work with them because we have dealt with this dealership for several years and because of Waseem, the general manager, and George, the salesman. They were great. As for the service department, Billie was great but he had a stroke during this time and we needed to have a different one who is rather aloof and doesn’t offer much information. The service manager is very unapproachable. The phone system is terrible. On a couple of instances I called for service and was connected to a totally different dealership. This is in the process of being remedied. Thank you, and I hope you are successful with your efforts to continue to keeping this dealership a very good one. More

Dan Leblanc was my salesperson and was very nice and easy to deal with and not pushy at all. I absolutely would recommend this dealership to buy from. Everyone was very helpful and even the other sales people were very friendly and stopped to have a causal conversation. Mike Kychera in finance stayed late to get my deal done and helped me to get the right extended warranty which is very important for my company vehicles. Although a little bit of a drive I will make sure my company vehicles go back here for any repairs that might be needed. Thanks to everyone for the great experience. More
