Our sales person Sam Harvey was very nice And professional. I test drove the cars on Saturday and then came back to buy a car on Monday. The sales managers that write up the offers added a bunc professional. I test drove the cars on Saturday and then came back to buy a car on Monday. The sales managers that write up the offers added a bunch of extra costs that took the price over the original price and also showed the taxes off all the extras not the value of the car. I told them I did not want any of the extras and the sales managers came back with reduced prices on the extras but didn’t take them off the offer. I felt like it was a bait and switch. I also felt like they thought because I was a woman I would be too dumb to notice. It is an unacceptable business practice. Sam Harvey was the only saving grace and I felt embarrassed for him that his mangers do that to him. I am now buying a car at another dealership More

This place sucks. if i could give this place 0 stars I would. This place sucks xxx. Went there on the 19th of July to purchase a new car. Spoke with Tara. She made my h if i could give this place 0 stars I would. This place sucks xxx. Went there on the 19th of July to purchase a new car. Spoke with Tara. She made my husband and I wait there for over 4 hours & didn't even leave with the car and was told I would get a phone call the next day. The next day comes around and its the afternoon and still no phone call. Called & texted Tara her response was "I am not at work I will have someone call you" no one called in over an hour and half. I called and spoke to 3 different people. finally got and answer. We came in that night and waited another 2 hours and got the new Kia Optima with sales rep Brian Landers. It was dark and raining that night so the next day the 21st I get out of my car and my husband notices scratches on the front bumper and around the car. They didn't even check the vehicle before they sold it to me. Had to drive another 45mins for the 3rd time to take my BRAND NEW car back for them to have it for a week. When bringing my car in Tara stated "for your troubles I will make sure you get a full tank of gas after they fix the scratches plus another full tank of gas to come back and get anytime" They fixed the scratches and supposedly fixed a tire that had a nail in it that was "un-repairable".When I came to pick my car up they never told me about the tire. I had to came back a few days later (another 45min drive one way) for a low pressure tire in the tire they "supposedly" fixed. I called Tara about the tire and she made me feel stupid like I didn't know how to put air in my tires and explained it to me like I was a 5 year old. I am not stupid I know what it means when the tire pressure is low. When I got there for the tire they gave me trouble about a loaner car and ended up giving me one and told me to fill up the tank when I brought it back (which I did) and then when I get in my car I didn't even have a full tank. This place is messy and all over the place. My father and I got hung up on multiple times. Mind you Tara argued with me in front of other customers about the free tank of gas for me driving up there 4 different times 45mins one way. She claimed she never said anything about the free tank of gas, but I have 3 witnesses that were there with me that day that heard her say that. I will never recommend this place to anyone and I pray they don't screw anyone else over like this. They are so slow and they drag their feet in anything they do, They are rude, disrespectful and I refuse to take my car back there. They will lie to you saying you get something when you don't, they say they will call you back & they won't. They are a bunch of ignorant xxxxxxxx that don't deserve a job. They took out the excitement of buying a new car and turned it into a horrible experience. More

Unfortunately, this became worse when I did not receive the title paperwork needed to register my vehicle within the 45 day Temp Tag expiration. I reached out to Nick Carr 2 weeks prior to the expiration on the tags, and was told this was being processed. I even sent an e-mail to their GM Mike Jasper, who has YET to respond to my e-mail sent 8 days ago. On day 45, I decided to file a complaint with the OH Attorney Generals office. The OH Attorney General was able to get a new Temp Tag called in so I could drive legally, but at my expense. The dealership was kind enough to tell me they would pay for my ticket if I was pulled over, but did not contact me to offer a loaner or to provide the dealer tags they had once mentioned. On day 52 I have finally received my title paperwork so I can register the vehicle. I am highly dissatisfied with this experience and will not return to a Jeff Wyler dealership in the future. More

Terrell is the type of dealer who will truly be advocating for the client, the type of salesman anyone would want. He will get you the deal you can be satisfied with and he will go beyond to help in the process of the purchase. Nothing is too great to ask for his clients so you definitely want to look him up if you are interested in buying a great dependable vehicle. I also have to add that this is my third new vehicle purchase. I like great quality in purchase and maintenance so I choose Jeff Wyler Fairfield. More

We were greeted with an enthusiastic smile and an offer for something to drink as we sat down with John and began to discuss our vehicle needs. John was courteous, caring and continued to work hard to hear our concerns and help evaluate what would work best for us. Being new to the Cadillac experience, it turned out the vehicle we came into look out was not exactly what would work for us and John showed us the XT5 which we had not considered. But, after driving it and talking to John about this car and its features, we were sold. We are very pleased with this car and pleased with the professional treatment and care we received. John was able to answer every question we had and upon picking up the XT5, he was able to thoroughly show us all of its features and explain clearly how everything worked. I am very impressed with this dealership and the professionalism, courtesy and care they expressed. More
