Lies... very sad and unprofessional I talked to several in sales over 3 days to purchase a car. They told me it was available. They confirmed my appointment the morning of. I told them I would be there at 8am and they told me to come in at 10am so they could have their morning meeting. When I got there I was first informed the car had been sold earlier that day at 10 am. It wasn’t even 10am yet. Then they told me it had a dent and was gone because it had to be taken somewhere else. Then they showed it to me on the lot. Then a girl walked out and they said she just bought it. Then they told me it was sold the night before. I drove an hour and 45 minutes to purchase the vehicle. To top all of that off at the end of our trip they said they’d fill our car up with gas for the trip, took the keys and gave them back without even doing that. I don’t understand this customer service AT ALL. An hour later I get an email thanking me for coming in with other cars they have available. The top car IS THE ONE I JUST TRIED TO BUY! Unbelievable. Good on anyone who had a good experience but I just don’t understand that service at all. Would love to get ahold of an owner or someone toward the top to report this very serious and unprofessional behavior. You just don’t waste people’s time like that and lie over and over. That’s not how you run a successful business. More

Disappointing. I purchased a new vehicle on August 28th; leading up to the deal was not a smooth process, but they seemingly were giving the best pricing so I contin I purchased a new vehicle on August 28th; leading up to the deal was not a smooth process, but they seemingly were giving the best pricing so I continued. Unfortunately, this became worse when I did not receive the title paperwork needed to register my vehicle within the 45 day Temp Tag expiration. I reached out to Nick Carr 2 weeks prior to the expiration on the tags, and was told this was being processed. I even sent an e-mail to their GM Mike Jasper, who has YET to respond to my e-mail sent 8 days ago. On day 45, I decided to file a complaint with the OH Attorney Generals office. The OH Attorney General was able to get a new Temp Tag called in so I could drive legally, but at my expense. The dealership was kind enough to tell me they would pay for my ticket if I was pulled over, but did not contact me to offer a loaner or to provide the dealer tags they had once mentioned. On day 52 I have finally received my title paperwork so I can register the vehicle. I am highly dissatisfied with this experience and will not return to a Jeff Wyler dealership in the future. More

I leased a Kia over 2 months ago from Antonio Groves and was promised my current lease (almost Absolute worse experience I have ever had! Zero stars. I have provided the payoff statement to them on several occasions and to several people. They refuse to call me back or handle this situation. At this point, I do not want to even take the car in to be serviced as I can't believe a word they say. Horrible! More

Horrible I went in 3 different times. The first time, I was told I would receive a phone call and never heard so I went in. The next guy proceeded to tell me I I went in 3 different times. I left, found some insurance came back the next day, and was told I was no longer approved. The salesman named tony, called me a cry baby, and was extremely rude to me and my cosigner. You don't treat a customer that way. I will never be back or recommend anyone to them. That was a horrible experience. More

The pricing was fair and there was no long drawn painful process required to arrive at a fair price for the car we bought or for our trade-in. Most important our salesperson Antonio Groves was a pure joy to deal with. He was as pleasant a person to deal with as we could ask for. He was knowledgeable on the products we looked at and to his credit when there was a technical question that he felt required an expert to answer he was smart enough to secure one of the dealership resource people to answer the questions.
