Just picked up my 2021 Ford bronco two door and I love this vehicle if I had any questions I just call them up and they’re very prompt with their answers. Another proud customer as a matter fact I’m going up tomorrow to see Rich for another vehicle for my wife so if you want a trust worthy dealership this is the place to go. This is a really unprofessional dealership. I took my car in for service under warranty and they provided no rental. They than kept the car for many days before even inspecting it. They did not fix my car in for service under warranty and they provided no rental. They than kept the car for many days before even inspecting it. They did not fix my issue and were awful in there attitude. The management was unhelpful and uncaring and the service manager was rude. If you want to be treated poorly than this is the place to go. But if you value yourself and your time than go elsewhere. More

Alex Arnold was really great with me. I appreciated his patience and his sales approach. Not pushy at all but knowledgeable about the inventory. What I didn't like was how they really try to push you to buy a warranty with them for a used car that doesn't qualify for one. Very strategic approach they are in how they word their sentences when it comes to wanting you to purchase a warranty or to finance a vehicle. I paid in full. More

Rachel Kupke is the worst sale associate I have ever experienced, she is not knowledgeable at all, she continues to repeat her speech that she learned in car sale collage, and she has to kee I have ever experienced, she is not knowledgeable at all, she continues to repeat her speech that she learned in car sale collage, and she has to keep running asking for help and advice, she has no knowledge at all, and she is rude, I just purchased a vehicle a few days ago and she didn’t say thanks for your business or anything, she didn’t shake my hand to say anything, I will never recommend this dealer to anyone, I found out from an inside person that they spray Armor Oil in the all over third vehicle to make them shine and look nice sitting on the lot.. the sale manager was even worst, he was very rude and I will never return to the lot, they remind you of a B”lot., with their lack of experience..
