Mike was born and raised in Erie, PA. He has a son that he adopted in 2007. His family is from New Jersey and tries to visit them as much as possible. He graduated from McDowell High School and also earned a degree in Communications from Penn State Behrend. Mike has been with New Motors since April of 2011 and was a plumber for 10 years prior to that. One of his greatest strengths is that he's very personable and easy to talk to. In the summer, Mike enjoys spending his free time with friends and family being outdoors, golfing, camping, and riding four-wheelers. In the fall and winter, he tries to stay busy by shooting in a pool league and rooting for his favorite team, the Buffalo Bills. He looks forward to meeting you and helping you find your next vehicle!

I was very happy with my experience at New Motors Subaru in Erie, PA. I had Mike Francis and he made everything feel comfortable to me from start to finish. He got me into a Subaru Ascent. Got a Kelly BB reply from Emily almost immediately after submitting and she set up the appointment the next day with Jeff Waid. It was a pleasure working with Jeff. He was able to provide a very nice deal for the trade-in and new purchase. Got a Subaru Outback Touring and Jeff patiently spent time walking through the myriad of features. Met Beth who is the Subaru features guru and will be scheduling a meeting with her to go into more details on features. Great team, great support, great service. Highly recommend this team! More
