Mike was born and raised in Erie, PA. He has a son that he adopted in 2007. His family is from New Jersey and tries to visit them as much as possible. He graduated from McDowell High School and also earned a degree in Communications from Penn State Behrend. Mike has been with New Motors since April of 2011 and was a plumber for 10 years prior to that. One of his greatest strengths is that he's very personable and easy to talk to. In the summer, Mike enjoys spending his free time with friends and family being outdoors, golfing, camping, and riding four-wheelers. In the fall and winter, he tries to stay busy by shooting in a pool league and rooting for his favorite team, the Buffalo Bills. He looks forward to meeting you and helping you find your next vehicle!

We had inquired about the possible purchase of a new Subaru Forester but were unsure of whether we would be able to work out a satisfactory trade with our old vehicle. Mike Francis made every effort to Subaru Forester but were unsure of whether we would be able to work out a satisfactory trade with our old vehicle. Mike Francis made every effort to accommodate us, going as far as to offer to come to the dealership on his day off to meet us. Mike spent the good part of the day with us, encouraging me to drive both a Forester and an Outback when I expressed some indecision as to which vehicle I preferred. He was very patient, answered all of our questions, and worked with us to finalize the purchase of a new 2014 Forester. He explained all aspects of the vehicle, even synced up our cell phones with the Bluetooth system. Mike epitomizes the professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction for which New Motors has become known. This is the third Subaru we have purchased from New Motors over the past ten years, which speaks for itself regarding the quality of this dealership. More

I had a Wonderful overall experience at New Motors Subaru, while purchasing my 2013 crosstrek! Mike worked extra hard to find exactly what I wanted out of a new car.
